Macau Association for Quality Inspection (MAQI) is a non-profit organization established with the certification of the Macau government. The association is dedicated to promoting the development of quality inspection management and innovation in related fields in Macau, serving members, workers, and enterprises involved in quality inspection and innovation, including quality inspection, qualification certification, professional consulting, and training.
Objectives
As a non-profit organization, the objectives are:
- To closely connect workers and enterprises in the fields of quality inspection and quality innovation, establish a quality inspection system in Macau referencing international and national standards, promote the development of technology talents in quality inspection and innovation, and comprehensively enhance the development of quality inspection management and related fields in Macau.
- To organize academic exchanges and training activities in the areas of quality inspection and innovation, promoting the dissemination and advancement of knowledge related to these fields. The association serves members, workers, and enterprises in quality inspection and innovation, including quality inspection, qualification certification, professional consulting, training, seminars, experience-sharing workshops, and cultural exchanges, fostering international cooperation.
Membership Qualifications
- Individual Member — Any individual with academic qualifications and experience related to quality inspection and innovation, who is interested in these fields and agrees to comply with the association’s statutes, may apply for membership. Approval by the board and payment of the membership fee are required to become an individual member.
- Corporate Member — Any enterprise or organization dedicated to improving quality inspection and innovation, which agrees to comply with the association’s statutes, may apply for membership. Approval by the board and payment of the membership fee are required to become a corporate member.
